Type O Blood Type Diet

For people with blood type O the ideal lifestyle is that of a hyper-protein diet and intensive physical activity.
Meat consumed today are too fat and contaminated by the use of hormones and antibiotics that promote cardiovascular disease and cancer. We must therefore focus on meat from organic agriculture and those who are lean. People in group O blood resent dairy products and cereals for their digestive system is not adapted to "these new foods."

Recommended foods

- Beverages: carbonated water, tea, red wine for their antioxidant actions.

- Cereals and Grains: sprouted grain bread.

- Oils and Fats: Flax seed oil, olive oil.

- Meat: Lean beef, lamb, mutton, veal, liver veal, game animals.

- Fish, crustaceans, molluscs: Anchovy, Eel, bar, squid, carp, clams, shell St Jacques, crab, shrimp, snail, frog, lobster, oysters, lobsters, mussels, shark, tuna, sea trout

- Cereals and cereal products: People of group O has zero tolerance for wheat, and must complete the total elimination of their food. Wheat, bulgur, couscous, corn flakes, oatmeal, wheat flour, whole wheat, durum wheat, sprouted wheat, gluten, corn, oats, wheat germ, whole wheat bread, multigrain bread cereals, pasta, buckwheat pasta, semolina, cornmeal, oat bran and wheat.
